A city three centuries old has its share of historic buildings, all offering unique challenges along with the joy of bringing a wonderful old place back to rightful glory.
Many of Mobile, Alabama’s most treasured old homes can be found downtown, where Pelican Coast Conservancy called for help renovating its two century-old office. The goal was a courtyard space to gather, meet and entertain.
We were careful to preserve a mature mulberry tree, and mixed oyster shells in the concrete for a pleasing texture that fit the organization’s environmental mission. JubileeScape also secured a bronze pelican sculpture to finish off the water feature. As a Vista Landscape Lighting certified installer, we added premium lights to gently showcase the entire space.
