As Springhill Memorial Hospital began to expand dramatically a few years ago, the surge brought serious growing pains. The re-named Springhill Medical Center campus sprawled faster than administrators could plan, creating a need to catch up quickly and find a way to coordinate the grounds seamlessly via strategic landscaping.
JubileeScape first installed landscape for new parking areas. Next, we tackled the significant irrigation challenges of a campus including a 265-bed hospital, ER, senior residence, sleep center, cancer center and multiple physician practices in three separate office towers.
Finding, adjusting and managing acres of underground irrigation components dating to the hospital’s 1975 founding is no small feat. JubileeScape’s management team is on site multiple times a week, ensuring plant health, property appearance and safety for the thousands onsite every day.
